A restaurant located in the city of Nefta, in the state of Tozeur. A single specialty is served, which is the dish of harissa, or it is also called dubara in the south of Tunisia and Algeria, and it is similar to the plalaby dish in the north of Tunisia. This dish consists of chickpeas, harissa, olive oil and tomato puree, and is eaten with bread.

مطعم موجود في مدينة نفطة من ولاية توزر . يقدم اختصاص وحيد وهو طبق الهريسة او يسمى كذلك الدوبارة في الجنوب التونسي والجزائر وهو يشبه طبق اللبلابي في الشمال التونسي . يتكون هذا الطبق من حمص وهريسة وزيت زيتون وطماطم معجونة ويتناول بالخبز .
